Account Disabled for disputing a charge

My account was disabled because I authorized a 2.99 chargeback for a nitro gift to a friend that did not work. As soon as my payment provider closed the dispute my account gets disabled. They asked me to send them verification that the dispute was closed and I did as well as my username and ID. My ticket number is 42992306.

I really really need my account back. I had no idea wanting your money back was against TOS or Community Guidelines. All disputes have been stopped and cleared on my end so there should be no reason why nobody responds in a timely manner to get me my account back. I am currently on Day 2 awaiting a response after only getting a bot message. Everyone is telling me to be patient so that’s what I am trying to do. I really don’t want to lose all of my stuff that I have on there.

Do better discord! Your users spend too much money and dedicate too much of their personal time and information to your app. It is a shame that you don’t even have enough staff to answer all of the tickets you are getting in. It’s very unprofessional and unfortunate that people are losing their accounts when they don’t have to if you guys were more attentive and cared about your users.

did you ever get a response back. Im waiting because my bank declined due to a fraud check setting paypal to deny it and its all a mess its day 10 for me and i sent them proof i managed to make them go through and withdraw a dispute. I hope i can get my account back i spent alot for it to just get ignored.
