My account got disabled when investigating a server. What do I do?
I was in a server that was originally well functioning, but when the member count rose the server owner began harassing minors and posting about other illegal activities. I stayed in the server to collect information about the server owner so I could forward it to proper authorities.
The server got nuked, with my account being disabled in the process. This happened 2 days ago, and I submitted an appeal to Discord the same day. In my appeal I have communicated this information, but so far nothing has been done other than an automated “your account won't be reinstated” message.
I know Discord Support can be very flawed and inconsistent. I do not know what I can do regarding my case other than to wait. Any help would be very appreciated.

If your account got disabled for associated with CSAM, or anything that violates TOS, I'm deeply sorry to say this, but your account is likely gone, I got mine deleted today because someone hacked my account to do illegal stuff. And discord support won't even attend to my issues.

Rozianist Thankfully it was not at all in relation to CSAM, but the owner of the server frequently made doxxing threats in relation to minors as well as glorify violence. I'm incredibly sorry that happened to you, and I appreciate a response (even if it it wasn't particularly uplifting).

Glad it wasn't that serious, but yeah, hope the best for you :)
