My account was recently disabled for being "underage", how long will it take for Discord to look at my appeal?
Hey, so recently, my Discord account was disabled because I indicated that I was “underage.”
It was in a shitpost server and I was talking to a nice guy on there. They asked how old I was, and I jokingly said “I'm 7, frfr”, obviously being satire
Next thing I know, after getting into an “argument” with the attention seeker in the server, he reported that message and now the account is disabled.
I made an appeal yesterday to update my age and information, which is my first time ever doing something like this, so I was wondering how long it could take for it to get read and hopefully get accepted.
So far I made two replies to the appeal, one specifying what the text said with my username on it, and the second one being that since I live in Turkey, my DoB is DD/MM/YY, instead of MM/DD/YY
I have heard that most people don't even get their appeals read, and that they get their accounts deleted because Discord doesn't respond to them within 30 days.
I've also heard of people saying it takes a few hours, some saying that it takes a few days, and some saying it takes like 4 weeks. I am overall very stressed right now since I have a lot of friends in there in which I cannot access right now because I didn't have them added on any other large platform, and if I tried to friend them on an alt they wouldn't even accept the request since they don't know its me.

I sent my ticket in this morning and I sent about like 3 other ones because I panicked? Does anyone have any idea how long it will take for me to get my account back ☹️. I’ve seen people say weeks and even months for discord to even take a look at it

They responded to me after 7 days but it was automated. And I got unbanned. Never create multiple tickets. It will now take some time for them to mark all tickets as solved until only the first ticket stays open. Then they will respond. Just wait, your account shouldn't be deleted at all as long as one ticket is still open for your account (aka. when they respond it will say you are unbanned or it gets deleted).

Enderwahn my ticket has been opened for 10 days and they still haven't done anything, not even a bot message.

on accident i forgot to log in to my account while doing the appeal. I put my email in their though and has all the information they need. Is it readable even i am not logged in?

I got this problem now and I know it was because I was joking around about being “10.” Seeing “failed to meet minimum age requirement” after turning 18 a few days ago was kinda funny, but now I'm worried about my account getting deleted 😭🙏 I got way too many memories to lose. I submitted an appeal a few hrs ago and now I'm praying staff sees it.
