My account was recently disabled for being "underage", and it says "solved", but there are no responses or anything.
I have no idea why. I made another ticket with more info on my appeal and what happened, and the next thing I know it says “solved.” But when I check it, no one has replied to it, or anything like that, and it just says “no” to everything? Someone, please help.
FYI: I provided images of me, a paper with my discord username, AND my legal government ID all in one selfie. I do NOT look below 13 as I literally have a tiny moustache, and a rapidly growing beard.

Nelly is their bot for auto-solving tickets with no support. Just reply to the ticket. If nelly keeps closing it, you may need to make a new ticket so it gets assigned to someone more helpful.

No idea. Best guess? They don't want to deal with it and instead of responding to help you or direct you to someone who can help, they just ignore you and close your ticket. I've had it happen multiple times with me. If they are actually reading them, then they are not doing a good job of showing they care because their actions come across as being ignored.

It still says “No” to everything I said even after responding to it, but the ticket is not shown as “open.”

If you've sent repeat requests, Bots will automatically close off older requests for you.
It's recommended you don't open new requests as they can push you to the back of the queue for it.

Just wait a week and they should respond NEVER and i mean EVER spam tickets unless you want to make a minor change but even then make sure you add EVERYTHING. or else they're gonna keep getting closed
