False Underage ban
So I got a false ban for joking about being underage, and suddenly I got banned. I contacted Discord support, and all I had to show was my birth certificate because I'm 13.6.
but they didn't unban me, and they responded with
"It's against our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines for a user to have a Discord account while under the required age in their country. We are required to strictly enforce our age limit for legal reasons.

Sounds like a bot response. It's been incredibly hard for anyone lately to get in touch with a person. I have NEVER seen a single person lately get a person to respond. Honestly, I'm sorry to say it, but the chances of getting your account back, even with appropriate documentation, are very low. It's disappointing people lose their accounts because Discord support seems to be refusing to actually help resolve issues.

Bro same and when i try to verify my age the discord support replies every 12+ hours and they asking the same thing.Plus my id has the birthday on the back and not in the frontwith the photo even though i told them many times this thing they just ignor it!
