Discord account disabled; cookie-cutter reply
Hey,
I've owned a Discord account for about 6 years (since 2018) and now it's been disabled for no reason while I was talking to someone.
It apparently got disabled for “targeted harassment” (which is not true, I have never harassed anyone and don't have any plans to), and when I submitted an appeal to Discord, I got no response acknowledging the existence of my ticket. So I made a Zendesk account and made another ticket, which immediately got marked as solved by Nelly. I then found out my ticket was there, just that for some idiotic reason I didn't get any confirmation or anything.
Well, I got a cookie-cutter response to my ticket from Anteater. He just said that they “confirmed my violation and will not be reinstating your [my] account”, even though I explained that I had paid real money on the account, had valuable conversations, and had a lot of friends which I would all lose because of a false ban.
And before you spam the replies with “welcome to the club” and other shit like this, I know. You don't need to remind me. All I want to do is put out the message that (most of) Discord support is incompetent and hopefully get an actual human response to my ticket instead of some bot.
The only thing I can commend Anteater for is the fast reply (even if it's just cookie-cutter).

Even if you get a human response, it's unlikely to help. They still give you cookie-cutter answers. Good luck though.

Thanks. I'm probably gonna contact their Twitter account or e-mail them since I heard those could give more favorable results.
