Failure of Trust & Safety to do their job
It has been 27 days since I made my first request to Discord Trust & Safety requesting my account to be reactivated. My account was falsely disabled for being under the age of 13, however I am WELL OVER the age of 18, as I showed to their team via multiple tickets.
I did everything right.
I avoided making duplicate tickets. I waited patiently. I was respectful. I gave them exactly what they asked. Finally after 13 days of silence, I received a response from Mollusk thanking me for verifying and activating my account. I was happy.
But then I try to log in. It fails. I send Mollusk another message asking how long it will take for my account to be enabled. Instead of responding, Mollusk closes my ticket. It has been 14 days and my account is still somehow disabled.
How do you fail so badly at doing such a simple job. It's easy. You open the ticket. Look at my face, my ID, my date of birth. I am verified. I am above the age of 13. It's such a simple and easy job to do, and yet I have received no further response from anyone at Trust & Safety. My ticket is #43334387
I am praying that someday Trust & Safety will learn how to do their basic job and reactivate my account. I don't know why this has taken such a hassle to solve. Please someone get back to me, tell me if you've had a similar experience, what have you!

Welcome to the club of ppl banned for underage or ppl who sharing memes which the discord c*ntlike system bot bans for CP. 4 months of that insane ban wave and still going. Tards & Safety team should unblock and unban 99.5% of the people from last 4 months.
