did you write your ticket in english? My ticket is just “open” for a few days.. Nothing, not claimed, 0 reaction from support. Do i have any chances to get back my account?

Yea, I wrote it in english. I’m in the exact same situation and it’s gotten really annoying. I have heard of it taking potentially weeks so I think there is some chance, but it’s still extremely frustrating.

Same thing happened to me. Going on 4 days now and no response or fix. Status is still “open”. This is ridiculous.

only 1 … but then they closed it .. if i send them again they still close my ticket .. welp i think my acc is gone .. i had many friends and family mems on there having find and add them again
