Completely unacceptable support

Our community server owner's account got compromised. You've refused to do anything, and all the admins have now been kicked and banned. Our community has been destroyed. It's been three weeks, and you've done nothing. This is completely unacceptable. We've lost our community, which we spent over a year building, and Discord has refused to do anything even after three weeks.

The server was flooded with hate and targeted harassment; we are trying our best to moderate the server; however, as the account is the server owner, we are unable to kick or mute them. Also, unfortunately, two more members have fallen for the scam, and their accounts are also now compromised.

I'm deeply saddened by this; I've been using Discord since 2015 and have been paying for Nitro since 2021.
I find it completely unacceptable that Discord would leave the community in danger to hackers. We aren't even able to delete the server to keep our community members safe. The hacker has been targeting and harassing members in our server, and we are completely unable to do anything.

I will be cancelling my Nitro and publicly posting my experience as this is completely unacceptable.
