discord support is genuinely horrible nowadays
every new forum posted on here i open, showing discord staff doing absolutely nothing but marking everything as solved or claiming theyll “look into it” then never do. discord is letting paying customers get their accounts disabled without even a chance to review it. discord claims they let their users have a “fair” chance to review their account but that is really just not true. it isnt fair they prioritize more recent appeals than ones open for months. its not fair they dont even check their twitter dms anymore. its not fair to people who have paid lots of money on this company for them not to even show the same respect in return. we have to do something for discord to finally somehow notice this situation and finally give us a fair chance for our accounts.
also does anyone know if discord deleting disabled accounts in 14 days real or not? or is that requested deleted accounts by the owner?

I can't answer your question about disabled accounts, but yea I agree with everything else you said. This customer support situation is so surreal. What kind of support system kicks you to the back of the queue if you update it? Whole aspect of this support system is dissapointing.
They have not 1 issue with taking your money for skins or nitro and just putting you on ignore. Way to go discord, you nailed corporate life.10 -
I agree; The support system is trash. My account got hacked and 2FA got turned on. Discord picks and chooses who they decide to help remove 2FA/help get their accounts back. It’s actually ridiculous and disgusting.

Unfortunately i suspect this to be an insider job. Everyone affected by a token grabber hack has the same results. Tickets closed with no resolution. They also have stuff bought via g2a all with the same vendor too

In a way I'm glad I'm not alone in this, I felt like I been treated so unfairly that it gave me a lot of anxiety and stress.
But of course I don't like that this is happening to me and everyone else, worst support I ever received.

My account of like 5 or 6 years got suspended because I made a stupid joke where I said I was younger than I actually was (being sarcastic and I even put “not actually” on the message) and now I can't appeal it because either bot responses or support just won't hear me out. I forgot the email password I had the account linked too which pretty much worsened the situation (I have concrete proof of owning the account) and support still won't hear me out.

Tbh with yall I tried contacting support several times and no response all they did is marked as solved and they just ignored like as if they cared my account was hacked last month and still no response because I made support tickets so many times
