Discord Support Keeps Closing my Ticket about my Hacked Account despite the fact that I've received no help.

I was hacked a month ago and immediately submitted a ticket with evidence of me paying for nitro. I submitted more evidence of the hacker on my account admitting they're a hacker and plan to sell the account. I have yet to receive a response all I get is a bot saying something along the lines of, “Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support via this channel.” And the ticket gets marked as solved. No one has reached out to me to help me get my account back. There hasn't been any original support in the first place. When I open tickets following up on this they just get marked as solved. I made another ticket in general support asking why my tickets keep getting marked as solved despite no one helping. It just got marked as solved and I didn't even get a bot response this time. I tried to contact discord support on twitter by messaging them, ping them in posts. No response.

    Mine has continued being closed over a false ban too.

    Yeah in my follow up ticket asking why it's been marked as solved they just mark the ticket and say. “yeah it said solved so we solved it DUH”

    Same here, closed tickets with no answer, account been falsely disabled for 7 days now.

    Got false disabled for being underage at the age of 16. All of my tickets are being mass closed and I didn’t even manage to get a bot’s reply.
