Video freezes after about ten seconds from counterfeit's turning on camera.

When video calling on direct message, if the other party turns on their camera for about 10 seconds, their camera's video freezes. My device is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. I'm not sure what the other party's device is, but I tried with two different phones and a PC, then it froze too. On my screen, if I swipe or zoom the camera window, it temporarily unfreezes, but it freezes again a few seconds later.
