Adding more than 10 options to polls, an unlimited duration option, and a cooldown

I have 2 ideas for the new polls feature:

1. Make it so that you can add an "unlimited" duration so that the poll won't "expire". This would be helpful because some servers like the one I manage have polls channels, where members can vote on polls made by the staff. It would be great if the polls made there would still be able to be voted on after the maximum duration of 1 week.

2. Make it so that you can add even more options, personally I think 25 would be good. 10 is a decent amount, but for some polls that need more options it doesn't work out. I can see how a poll could be made very long and take up so much space in the channel if there were 25 options- but you could add a second column if there are more than 10 options to conserve space, or something like that.

3. Some sort of cooldown for polls, since they can get very spammy if not used properly.
