Hackers changed my age in the account and discord disabled my account.
Hello I'm Leon, I am 15 and been using discord for 3 years. I also live in Portugal and discords minimum age in portugal is 13+. Yesterday on the 21/04/2024, (I am european) I was hacked, one of there actions that would come to bite me back was the age, they changed it. I sent a paragraph and a picture just like discord asked, my username, me and my ID in ONE pic. I really need my account back and was wondering how much time does it take to recieve a email from discord about my appeal.
Edit 1: My ticket still hasnt recieved any reply and its status says solved is this normal?
Edit 2: I added proof of the requested security codes by the hackers and the proof of my profile being changed and I realised my ticket status is “open” what does this mean?

Everyone was hacked at 21/04/2024 then 2 days later everyone got banned for breaking TOS
Sad to say, But I'm rather sure non of us will get to see our accounts, Im pretty sure discord was breached and Us paying customers get the dark side of discord0 -

It's possible this means they've received your appeal and are reviewing it. However, it's not a confirmation they've resolved the issue.
While it's frustrating, give it a few more days (maybe 3-5) before considering further action.
Make sure the reply from Discord doesn't end up in your spam folder.0 -
My ticket is not set to solved, its just been Open, not even a Clyde response, And I'm running 2 discord servers as owner on the account that just get freezed out…

I got it back…
I sent in a new ticket around 3 a.m. and I got it back. I can finally rest in peace now…

Robloxemail 2008amy I think sending your ticket in the early morning hours helps alongside crucial evidence I managed to recover old emails of the changes made to my email on the account back from March 6th and sent it in and got it back.

Robloxemail 2008amy Sent in my ticket at 3:15a.m. and got my email back on it from Nelly at 3:42 a.m. Woke up around 8:30 a.m. when I got the reply and did the password reset.

GreenWingSpino i just added 4 screenshot of requested security codes, pictures of my accounts profile having been modified. How long did your previous ticket last, i also added how in my blocked people if they investigate the hackers account they can find dms of him asking for my account, i submitted it on Monday 7pm never got a answer also its sstatus is open it use to be solved
