Account banned because of chargeback

So i had a offer on cashapp for 95% off a discord in app purchase, this worked with nitro so i purchased discord nitro only to get charged the full $9.99. Angry and confused i went to cashapp support and they solved it by refunding my $9.99 (though i have not gotten it yet) and then closed the dispute without further action.

 Well a few days later i got an email from discord saying that my account was banned/disabled for this and that i need to contact cashapp and close the dispute… though it has already been closed. I’m not sure what to do i have contacted and emailed discord support 3 times now and only got one automated bot message. I only have 14 days until my account is deleted i'm so scared I’m not sure what to do.
