False Age Ban and Trying to Create a New Account

Hello, I am a 13 year old in the United States. Today I learned that my account was deleted for underage use. I am not underage in my country so this was weird. I never really joke about being under 13, and it was so weird. Instead, I decided to make a new account. I did this and it worked for about 20 minutes. As I was adding my friends back and all of that, there were lots of Captchas I needed to go through, odd but I was okay with it. It then notified me that "Verification Required" I put in my details and then clicked verify the button, but it said "Email is already Registered". This was odd to me, and when I had checked back it stated that I would have to "change my Email". As you can see I am very confused and do not know what to do here. I do not need my old account back per say, I just want my new account to able to work and move on from this mess. It was so weird to me that this would happen because my old one had been deleted, so they most likely would've just deleted the account and email correct? but no. When I tried to change the password, it sent me 2 different texts from 2 different numbers because I had 2 phone numbers connected to my account, even though I was told by Discord, that the number was moved to my new account. This is unacceptable. I did nothing wrong and just want to get back to using discord again. Please help me get through this. The support articles were no help and led me across the whole website leading me to useless articles not relating to what they said they would. They broke their own glitch by allowing 2 accounts to have the same email & phone number and not warning me during the process of making the account. Now, I am stuck with no way of accessing discord, other than my discord account on this website, which doesn't even connect to an actual account. This is because my 1st account I cannot even log into, because it said the passwords do not match, most likely a glitch in the system because the same email and number is used for 2 different accounts. This is crazy, and I need to get through this. I made a ticket about 10 minutes ago as well with the ID #44733758. I cannot do the steps stated in the ticket because it states that “this account has been disbaled”, which is true, but I believe it should work for the other one? I am completely locked out of discord and cannot access my actual account.
