I really need your help guys
Does anybody know what i can do to contact discord?
I tried with tickets and ofc I had the usual bot answer. I waited for 2 days and then they closed the ticket with NO further communication. Without saying anything, they just closed my ticket. I tried again and after 1 day, same thing happened.
I've tried to contact them on twitter and after 48 hours, still no replies.
My discord account have been hacked and the owner has changed my email, so I'd like to receive help from them asap, but the situation with the support is so frustrating.

They won't do anything sadly. I also got hacked 3 months ago and my account got deleted recently. The person changed my email as well and we're gifting people nitro's with my card saved, yet when I put in a ticket, they responded so fast to resolve the issue. I tried to perhaps convince the person that was helping me already on that ticket to help with my account issue and they said its not in their area to help with it. Discord is actually terrible when it comes to resolving issues to getting your account back.
Hopefully you'll get lucky on getting your account back, but I wouldn't count on it with Discords support team.

My ticket hasn't been touched since the second day of me filing the ticket at 1/4 and I'm still waiting for them to either close it or reply it, I'm scared to even open new tickets cause I know it will be mark as spam and solved by their bot. It is frustrating
