my account has been unfairly suspended and the support email is being completely useless

my account recently got deactivated cuz I joked about being five, I reached to discord support and they said I needed to provide a selfie and photo id with my date of birth to reinstate my account, I sent them a clear photo of my face, discord tag and birthday then they sent me an email claiming I was under the age requirements in my country however the problem here is that this is actually factually incorrect, egypt is not listed on the special age requirements page meaning that it's minimum age is 13, I am 14. I'm genuinely convinced all of the replies are automatic cuz there's no way any real human could be this incompetent, how do I get actual help?
