Permanently or Temp Ban?

Do the images I've sent indicate whether the account will be unbanned on May 1, 2026, or will it remain permanently banned forever?

But why would it say “This violation affects your account status until 1.5.2026”?
Will it not get unbanned after or what happens after that date?

Out of curiosity, how are you able to see that page if you are suspended? My account is disabled so I can't even log into that page.
Also, I assume you will be unbanned in 2 years on that date, otherwise they wouldn't have put it there.0 -

meggly I think disabled mean u are perma banned, and for him he is limited to not sending pictures

i got the same i got 2 violations in 1 day and i got no warning about the first one nor the second it aint fair

well my account is no longer disabled, I am now in your boat too. It says permanent suspension but the violation expires May 11th 2026.. discord is ignoring and closing my tickets about any of it so I have no idea

if any of you managed to get a human response in the support section, please let me know how, I've lost hope and sadly I had nitro boost for more than a year and no help from them, its shameful how bad the support system is

my account on the account standing says permanently suspended but it says my account is still active like its not deleted user yet and its been almost 3 months

I got a human response before, still fighting to this date, has been 2 months, and yes it will take from 4-12 days maximum.
My account IS baned until 2026, but does it mean That my account will be unharmed ( not deletew ) until 2026?
