How many appeals is too many?

So I fell for a weird guy's game/scam for 100 million coins in Dank Memer, and he made me send a picture to him that he sent first (the image isn't even NSFW, it was some guys hand-covered by Pepe), then instantly Discord warns me for “breaking Discord's rules for child safety”
I sent in an appeal asking for the status off because I didn't do anything.
Then 5 minutes later my account is disabled.
Can someone tell me how long it will take for me to get my account back WITH photo evidence?
Or how many appeals are too many?

And a legit timeframe for how long it is till your account is deleted, I have friends on there who moved to different countries and I can't contact them any other way.
