I am Locked out of my Account because of 2FA and Discord Support not doing Anything

I have written so many supports and all the discord staff do is copy and paste the same stuff over and over. My user is poke_husky, and I have been a Discord user since May 10, 2021. For around 2-3 weeks now I have been locked out of my account. I used to be BashfullOP#9099 from 2021-mid 2023. When I got locked out of my account my first instinct was to go to the support. But now the support isn't doing jack. They said they couldn't disable 2FA for “privacy reasons” that they didn't state. As far as I read this was a problem since 2019. If any discord staff on feedback or anyone here can help me please do.

Info I gave to the support team:

username

old username

display name

user id (from a friend)

email

phone number

old images of messages (from 2021-2022 with date + time)

how I got locked out

Why I don't have codes (I factory reset my phone because I lost the password and didn't notice the authenticator app was missing because of the logo change + backup codes deleted since I thought those were all used up)

I even told the discord staff about my SMS NOT WORKING because the option was NOT showing up.

and apparently that still isn't enough proof and they just responded again the same copied and pasted message with the words “privacy reasons” that they still DIDN'T GIVE ME.

I would appreciate some actual help than seeing the words “privacy reasons” they the staff aren't going to give extra information about.
