How Can I Force Discord Support To Respond To My Underage Appeal

You can't I sent an appeal 8 days ago, got an automatic response telling me to reply to that email (got nothing back), and then 3 days ago I sent another appeal, and it was automatically solved even though I provided evidence that I am over 18. It seems like you just have to send one appeal and wait.

Mine account was stolen, then reported. Our server of 900 members was hijacked. They have make a copy of our website and scamming users with malicious links (we are a web3 gaming project).
It has been 48 hours now and it seems that nobody at Discord doesn't care.
So yeah, this is unbelievable for me.

Antemedic at least you got a open ticket. For me they close mine instantly making sure that I will never get my account back. At least there is hope and that at least they are willing to leave it open to investigate rather then my scenario where after creating a ticket within 12 hours. They close it like if it was nothing..
