Hacked accounts, please listen!
Hey guys.
It took a while, but I finally got my account restored to me. Bless the support user Waterloo; they helped and pulled through for me. I sincerely hope you all who have had this happen can see this; it took me over 10 tickets to finally get help. I didn't give up, and it paid off. Here's the warning sign for those who haven't had the mousetrap scam happen with users posing as discord support.

DO NOT TRUST ANYONE WHO SENDS YOU THIS VIA DISCORD!! Their account is hacked, and this person is also trying to get into your account. Below is what you'll see once you get your account back from being hacked, but it seems like Waterloo is the champ of these replies.

Hey bounty, give it time. I learned that the hard way that they can't do it fast, they need time to get in and change your stuff.

Hey anonymous, i understand that it takes time. But i just have bern very stressed about losing it honestly. I have so many memories on that discord account

I have a question. What did you write in your ticket that got it through? Did you have to deal with bots autosolving your tickets? What happened?

I'm also on my 10th ticket and while I haven't seen any hope in bots autosolving my tickets, and one ticket response telling me to make a new account, in that same ticket, it was opened again for who the hell knows and it's still open. Reconsideration? Did that happen to you at all?

I'll definitely remember this. I fell for a scam & had my account compromised recently, and Discord keeps closing my tickets in spite of the issue not being resolved (yet). I'm not about to give up though. I'm very stubborn & I am desperate to get my account back.

I got scammed by this exact thing yesterday morning. I'm very glad you got the attention of staff. Best of luck to everyone who also got scammed. It sucks. How long do you recommend before sending another ticket? I sent two yesterday (one was because I accidentally misread which email is associated with the account before it got compromised). At the time my mindset was not in the right place.

I would not recommend making any more. Wait for them to get solved. Whether it actually solves the problem or not, if you keep making new ones then you'll run into bots autosolving. Use your tickets wisely. Don't spam, provide all you can and only make one if all of your existing tickets gets solved.0 -
Could you please post a screenshot of your successful ticket? I'd like to know what you wrote and what options you selected when creating the ticket for it to be successful. I direly need the help.
