banned for being underage , kids reporting for no reason

i have been banned for being under the age if 13 even if i am over the minimum age requirement , after i have jokingly said that i was 8 , but since the account is 4 years old , do they think i made it when i was 4?!/1?/!/ . i have sent undeniable proof to ticket #45401600 . i have contacted discord support on x/twitter several times and they claimed that they had no relation with the help and safety team . come on discord , there are literal nine year olds on every goddamm server .
