Individuall disable for Nitro sales notifications (and shop)

Greetings, I wanted to let you know that I keep getting notifications about discord Nitro and discord shop sales, despite the fact that billing in paused in my country (Russia). It is impossible for me to buy from you because of this regional restriction, but new notifications for Nitro and Shop sales keep popping every single time you have one. It's really uncomfortable to constantly be reminded of that, and instinctively reacting to shiny notifications which lead to nothing, and are stuck on there forever. If it's possible, I would like to ask you to remove/pause this notification feature. Whether doing it for a restricted region as a whole, or allow to switch it individually just for me and other likeminded people.
It would certainly increase my enjoyment of using Discord. Thank you
