Is Discord suitable for internal Business communication system

Hi Community members.

I am new user of Discord. I've been researching various platforms for internal business communication for my business The UPS store in Los Angeles and I'm curious about Discord. Traditionally known for its popularity among gamers, Discord has evolved significantly and now offers many features that could be beneficial for business use. However, I'm looking for some insights from others who might have experience with this.

    For your own sanity, please do not use Discord for your business internal communications.  Not unless you want your employees banned for violating the TOS or being too young or whatever crap Discord comes up with to arbitrarily ban the account.  Just read the support forums to see the issues people have.

    You are better off using MS TEAMS, SLACK,or  a self hosted matrix
