Getting ignored by support after they banned my account for no reason.
They mark EVERY my request as “solved”. Thats kinda retarted. What can i do?

I chose the form of reporting a general question, when I told "Nelly" my problem that something happened, thank you for reporting and it wouldn't happen again, but it happened again anyway

In my situation, Nelly has sent the case to other people and I have to wait (it's been active for 7 hours now)

DalooreR TurboJop, Sending over three tickets in a certain amount of time will close all of your tickets automatically. This “nelly” person is a Discord bot that, from my experience, likes to close tickets that are flagged as spam. I suggest sending one ticket, or if you still have a few tickets open, let Discord slowly close them until there is one left. Your account will not be deleted within 14–30 days, as most people think this will only happen if the account is self-deleted through settings. I heard it can take up to a year for them to delete your account over a suspension.
