Return to the old menu interface or give a choice in the server settings

I’ve been using Discord for years, creating and customizing servers to my liking. While past updates have disrupted my visual style and mechanics, like the adaptation that killed my bots, I’ve always adapted. However, this latest update is ruining all my existing servers. I even used a VPN and registered on the forum to express my dissatisfaction.

The problem lies in how roles are now displayed. This update is designed for beginner servers that can’t create aesthetically pleasing roles, so they need to be hidden. For servers with experience, where people have learned to create beautiful designs using the old interface, this is simply a disaster. The new design is awful, clunky, and illogical. To see a user’s roles, you now have to open their profile full-screen, making several unnecessary clicks. They also broke the profile description, cutting off half the text. Why bother with such a large character limit if half of it is hidden anyway? How can you make a profile interesting if you can only write 100 characters on three lines?

If this update isn’t rolled back, I’m leaving the Discord creator community. I’m tired of updates forcing me to redo servers from scratch because of duplicate mechanics or new channel types, like forums (which thankfully no one is forced to use). But now this new profile is mandatory, and I don’t want to spend another 100 hours reworking dozens of servers. I don’t want to wake up tomorrow and see that the new mechanics have broken my server again.
