Blue name for new users welcome message is easily confused / conflicts with blue role color

Now when a new user joins, the join message shows their name in blue.

This is confusing because it suggests the user has the blue role, even if they do not.

The previous behavior of using the same color as the user's role was much clearer and more consistent.  The user role color was valuable information that can indicate if the user is still connected, has opted into react roles, backed on project patreon, etc…

    Agreed, Skye! The blue name for new users can be misleading. I much preferred seeing the role color for clarity. Maybe there's a way to have both?
