No Luck With Discord

I have had no luck with Discord recently. I had my account hacked into nearly a week ago at the time of writing this, and they have done nothing to help me out. I've sent screenshots, I've sent downloaded data of my account, I've sent videos of me going through my connected accounts, and now I'm thinking about sending my driver's license to prove that the account does in fact belong to me. I am at my wit's end and I don't know if I can keep going through this. I am in severe mental anguish over this situation and I am ready to do anything to prove that the account is mine and to have it back in my hands. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    i am having the same issue with them and im thinking about opening up a lawsuit as this is a type of identy theft and discords team sucks.

    All you can do is open new tickets once the old one gots marked as “solved”. For some it takes a few days to get their acount back, for some it takes months. Had the same thing happen to me in March, it took 3 months and 19 tickets in total, a lot of other people here get help within days, to give you a little heads up. 

    Dont open multiple tickets at once because they get auto-solved anyways, for your account here where you submit your tickets use the original email of your compromised account. 
    If asked if you received an email from discord (when submitting a ticket) select “Yes”, and otherwise all you can do is to attach as much evidence as possible and wait, and when they solve it claiming they can do nothing to help, open a new ticket. Eventually you get a real human being, being persistent is the key.
