i have never seen a more lazy company

i have made about 10 tickets to secure my freaking safety. Discord does not care at all. my account was hacked which is my fault and i own responsibility. but if i cannot get my account back why not offer to delete the account??, which i have asked many times for this to happen as well as report messages and had friends report the account too. ESPECIALLY if i have provided evidence that the hacker is using my account to attack OTHER discord users which is against the TOS. after not getting help i went to the supports OFFICIAL TWIITER ACCOUNT only to be told to make another DAMN TICKET. god forbid i was a child and that the info that could be at risk was highly illegal. or god forbid my life's safety goes into harms way, god forbid my family or friends. discord has shown no care at all. every ticket is answered by a bot and auto closed WHAT HAPPENED TO REAL PEOPLE??, ai and robots are NOT an excuse to be lazy or not give a crap about peoples safety. The account already got to other peoples so its too late now lmao. but like damn cant yall delete the account??? so they dont have all of my personal info?? images and more like god damn.. ROBLOX support is actually better then yall and that says alot lmao.
