My Discord Account was stolen and has been entirely changed

On the 30th of June, my account was stolen by malware.

Since then, things have been relatively stagnant other than them piloting my account to try and hack others. It remained link on several other medias such as Microsoft and by my phone number.

This changed only about an hour ago where the tag of the account, associated phone number, name, etc. has all been altered alongside them leaving every server I was in.

I have a ticket already sent out about all of this (that I have updated after this massive change) but I want to know if this can still be remedied? It may be harder to recognise this account as mine now, complicating my ticket.

I also want to know if this account can be simply deleted for being the byproduct of a scam - thus saving my card data if that is still connected.
