Account was Hacked
I’ve been fighting with Discord Support for the last few days. My account NaptimeNyx was hacked on the 2nd, the person changed my email and I have sent in various tickets to get the email changed back. I had stuff assigned to Clefairy (they escalated the ticket but then it closed), Khamile (who said they’d be happy to help but would close talks with me through that ticket), Robert (who sent an auto reply message before the ticket was closed), and currently a ticket is assigned to Discord itself which seems new to me.
I’m unsure if I need to keep creating tickets. The currently one I am on was assigned to Discord but keeps being closed. So I keep replying but within minutes it is closed again after close to 9 hours of no activity.
Should I simply make a new ticket at this time or keep replying to the current ticket?

Continue replying to the current ticket and create a new one if it keeps getting closed. Reference previous tickets and explain the issue. Contact Discord via social media for faster response. Follow Discord's Help Center guidelines and keep records of all interactions. I've followed these steps for my site's Discord account recovery too.

Reply to the current ticket and clearly explain the issue, requesting escalation to a higher tier if necessary. If it continues to close without resolution, create a new ticket referencing the ongoing issue and previous ticket numbers. Additionally, consider reaching out to Discord’s official social media accounts for further assistance.
