Support ticket details that weren't there before
So a few days ago my account was falsely banned for my age (I made another post about it), and I just noticed today while looking at my ticket that there are three details that all say “no”, none of which I was ever prompted to answer. I'm worried that this might jeopardize the status of my account and I don't know what to do. Can anyone help?

I am in the same boat as you right now I was falsely banned for being you know underage however i am beyond the limit of the minimum age thing also what is the recommended appeals you can make also is Nelly a bot or a person?

memesandcringe3 It's and a bot that tells you to sign-up with the original account that you're are reffering to in the ticket.

i got that as well and im soo confused cuz this email for this account is the one linked to my suspended account?? idk why its saying that the email is different like

I think that's something for.the staff to fill out, but idk for sure

This is something that I'm also a little confused about, but I'm pretty sure a few years ago there were boxes you could tick that would make these things "yes" or "no," but they've been long gone and can't be used, so I assume it's just something that automatically happens when a moderator or bot views your ticket ( I'm not 100% on this ).
