Allow servers to prevent message forwarding to the server
Basically title. Servers should have the ability to control what content is posted in them. Ideally allow servers to toggle the feature off entirely, but I don't have high hopes of it. If this is not done, then Discord will essentially roll out yet another feature that makes it a massive hassle - or even impossible - for community moderators and admins to actually keep their communities, and by extension Discord, a safe place online. Unless Discord actually prefers to have bots running scams and spreading malware on it, this should be a significant concern.
Primary reason/concern: Based on what has been shown the forwarded message appears to be an embed of some sort. Currently, Automoderator or moderator bots don't scan embed contents for disallowed content. Additionally, this could potentially enable bypassing role based permissions such as users not being allowed to send messages or embeds.
Why is this a problem: If the above is correct (mind you, Discord has made no statements on whether the forwarded messages adhere to standard permissions or are scanned by Automoderator, but given bots don't work with embeds it is a safe guess they won't work with this either), this will allow sending content such as spam that servers currently defend against by relying primarily on the above features. Essentially, this will almost certainly act as a vector to spread spam, scam links, and harmful/infected files.
Suggested solution: Add a permission “Send forwarded messages” to roles that can be toggled on or off to enable/disable users with the role from sending forwarded messages into the server.
