the permissions “manage messages” and “manage roles” should be divided into 2 or 3 permissions

first of all the manage messages permission, it should be divided into delete messages, pin messages, and slowmode bypass, i want certain people with certain roles to be able to bypass slowmode in a certain channel without me giving them the permission to delete messages, i cant do that cause slowmode bypass and delete messages are both under “manage messages”, if not then just remove slowmode bypass from “manage messages” and make it its own entire permission its self or divide the 3 abilities the permission gives into their own permissions.

second of all the manage roles permission, i want my mods top be able to give out roles without me giving them the permission to create and edit roles. again i cant do that cause both are under the same permission, giving them both their own permissions would allow me to do what i want which is to limit my moderators to giving out and removing roles instead of giving them both abilities,
