Discord automatically marking tickets “solved” without a proper response by a proper human.
I just opened a ticket about my account being disabled for falsely “fraud” and it's “solved” yet without a reply and my issue isnt solved. I provided all proofs by showing them it is infact my card and the transaction statement
I think the clyde bot is currently bugged or smth

ive had this, had to reopen them by sending a message. still no response but at least its not marked at solved, ugh

The bot responses are becoming a hassle. I even had to make a separate account to get a response from a named person but even that response seemed auto generated. The support on this site is ridiculous.

Discord will automatically solve tickets if you already have multiple open, and if you send more than three in a certain amount of time, it will be flagged as spam. For now, I would just wait without sending tickets. If you have multiple open tickets, you will notice them slowly solve until there's one left. My account was suspended on the 30th of may. Still no unban, It will take awhile.

Send a response again to open the ticket again or just create a new one…
