I got falsely banned for spam.

I can't believe this, this morning I was trying to log into my discord account and because of their recaptcha issues I got my account disabled. And no response back from moderation. Discord Moderation is a joke and they ban/disable peoples accounts who did nothing wrong. Thanks Discord for making me lose everything.

    The captcha is currently banning a lot of people lately, i dont know exactly why its false-flagging people as spam but its been happening very frequently and it seems like discord doenst care about that at all, even tho its obvious that there is actually something wrong with the captcha.

    Yeah, my alt account just got the same false issue 4 days ago when I did nothing wrong on my alt while my main account just got hacked due to a scam I fell for.

    Same message they won't respond to me or help me anymore. They deleted my support accounts too. So I have no recourse.

    If the Scarlet app dev not responding on Discord, then I would definitely recommend you to visit their official Scarlet app and you'll be fine from there.
