Finally got through and got my account back!
It might have been a coincidence, but it happened right after I asked to talk to a human.
EDIT:
Too be more specific- I put "Got Scammed" as the title and "Any way I could speak with a human?" as the description. Then I got the usual bot response talking about changing my password as long as my email wasn't changed. Then I replied with my usual “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login.”. Then after that a brand new person replied telling me that "Our team conducted an investigation and has reverted your account to your original email." Then I changed my password like you normally would.

Someone new (I assume they were human) told me they reset my account's email back to my own. Earlier, it was a hacker's email. Yes I asked through my ticket.

Hello! Congrats on getting your account back! Sorry for bothering but how did you do it and what did you say in the ticket? My tickets were constantly marked as ‘solved’ so I would really appreciate the help. :(

Thanks for your reply! May I know how long did you wait to receive an actual response? I have the issue of the login page saying 'my email doesn't exist' as well but the account is still tied to my phone number (I don't receive an SMS though). Did you include any screenshots or pictures as mine were just met with Clyde saying 'they're unable to help me' or ‘I should just make a new account’? I am unsure if that is a human reply or if I should keep trying.

Makara FurusawaClyde is most certainly a bot. For me, my account had been lost for 13 days. Every day I made a new ticket. I only made them that fast because they would be declared ‘solved’ very quickly after some responses from bots. Remember to not make duplicate tickets if the original is still opened. I did not have any screenshots. I feel like I got lucky compared to other people. Hopefully this is a sign that more tickets will be seen by humans in the future. But yeah keep trying regardless. I hope things work out for you like it did for me. I hate how I can't say much other than “I got lucky”. I wish I could help others that had the same problems I did more.

Ah, I see. Thank you so much, I kinda have hope now if that's so. (Although I'm not so lucky myself) It feels like at least there's a chance of it happening. May I know if you had any responses like they're ‘unable to do anything’ or to ‘make a new account’ in the process? Eitherway, I'm glad it worked out for you! :)

Yes I had those kind of responses everyday. I just carried on like usual, making new tickets when the previous ones were labeled ‘solved’.
