I got banned for reporting a CP server on discord.
If anyone knows this or not, there is a bot channel called UTTP that does really deranged comments in YouTubers' reply sections and so, i wanted to research a bit and i joined their server. I found out that the owner/admins were sending gore and shit and later i found out from the members that they have sent actual CP in servers and they keep creating new servers if one gets banned. So, as a normal person, i reported it and left the server because i didn't know what else to do. Later, after several days, i got 3 gmails from discord. First was that my account has been disabled, then the second was that my account has been permanently suspended or whatever.. and the third one was “thank you for reporting”. Like, what? I didn't know wtf happened that day but when i remembered, i was so mad that this is clearly a false ban and i have done nothing. I went into my account standing and found out that it has been permanently suspended for “child safety”. Pretty sure child safety comes in sending or sharing CP or some shit but i never did that. I was talking to my friend on dms and then i got logged out and boom! Ban. My account standing was always on the green spot and it has been 4 years and i have never broken one singular rule and one day i surprisingly get banned for nothing. Later, I reported and went to discord support and got a gmail from the clyde bot that the account can't be reinstated. I have sent several or more like multiple reports and they all have a bot reply of saying that my account can't be reinstated. Then they have delayed my gmail requests too. Like, this moderation is really BAD and they doing this and allowing this is something beyond worse. They don't even give you any proof of why they banned you and just do it without no warning and it goes straight to permanent suspension. I had so many friends in that account and obviously, memories. But, they don't care about it. My account still has the boost badge (god knows how) and the fact i tried twitter too and they couldn't do anything is just stupid. (Also, don't trust anyone on twitter cuz two people tried scamming me).

Brother, that's still not fair for banning someone for reporting a server. I didn't know i can get banned for that either way, it just happened out of nowhere. Bad moderation + Bad execution

Well, that was my only account in which I had my friends in and now i am left with absolutely nothing. So, idk how to counter that tbh.

I did, well, Many times. And they just don't listen and keep telling me that they can't reinstate my account. Mostly it's just the clyde bot replying to me or it's just the staffs that keep on sending copy pasted replies. I just wanted to talk to a genuine person and resolve this issue but they don't try to even care. Even delayed my gmails now at this point. Tried other gmails but they never helped me. Only found one person by the name of “nelly” who wanted to help me but was cut out by another person in the middle of our conversation.

Same bro, upon joining that server I recieved CSAM in my dms, so as a normal person I reported it only to find out several days later my account has been banned, can you help me, how do i contact this nelly person.

Like, this stuff is really big and is going on since years and discord isn't even fixing this shitty rule and banning innocent people like us.

It's been more than a month and my account isn't banned like you know when the account username changes to random letters and a default pfp.. I don't even know what they are trying to do.

And, bro. Nelly is just a discord head-admin. You can try sending requests through your discord gmail but i still think that it isn't going to work because they just keep replying like bots and do not listen to us. And, now… they stopped replying to my requests and they keep putting my requests on “solved” when it isn't even solved. That means they have decided to ban me fully and will not unban me. I tried twitter, reddit, multiple gmail accounts, asked friends, multiple requests/reports, multiple request reasons but they still aren't listening to me. My account is 4 years old and i just got banned within a day without even a singular warning. This is how they treat their community… i am sick of it.
