Account Suspension - Vaultcord Issues
Hello,
My name is Blake Henstock and I work for https://vaultcord.com as a support agent, now an upsetting occurrence has been made available to me today. I have woken up to find my discord account Permanently Suspended for ‘Fraud’..? Now this is confusing to me because Vaultcord is a 100% legit company, and there's nothing fraudulent about it, the server ‘V Support’ is simply the discord server for the support staff and team to help users with their technical issues. Now this has gotten me really frustrated, as I have done nothing wrong or fraudulent, my messages with my friends, girlfriend and more are completely lost due to this suspension. I have no way of contacting them properly again until my account is fully reinstated, now this would be in 2026. However, with my friendships and relationship this simply cannot wait. This isn't a fair decision made by discord at all.
I would like someone to try and help me out or in the hope discord sees this in any way, I've accomplished so much and gone through so much with that account, losing it simply just isnt an option for me. It means everything to me.

I'm sorry that you lost your account. However i dont really know what you should do now.
Maybe look at your emails, there should be a email which explain how you can appeal the decision (if everything went well).
if there is not, just open a ticket to ask what to do and tell them the email/phone number associated to your account.

Hi Jok R , thanks for your concerns and your reply. I have already contacted their support and hope to get anywhere with it. Below is an image of my apparent ban reasoning, but I have never been banned before and also vaultcord isnt fraudulent.

i've never seen this reason before for a permanent ban. Have the “V support” server been permanently suppressed by the discord staff for fraud reasons ? If it was, and if you recreated a new server similar to V support, that may be the reason for your ban.
Also, dont have big expectations about the support, 50% of the answers you'll get will be from bots. Discord support staff take 7 to 15 days to answer tickets.

‘V Support’ is the staff server for ‘Vaultcord’, a company similar to that of ‘restorecord’ and is made by the same founder but the owner sold the company to someone else and etc. But as im sure you’re aware, vaultcord is NOT fraudulent but it keeps getting banned for being fraudulent, I dont know why ive been banned for ‘ban evasion’ though. I have never even had a ban of any sort from discord before this one.

If you're part of the staff of the v support server, and if the support server has been banned before, that is prolly the reason of your ban. Discord probably consider that you (because you joined and you sent messages and stuff) “evaded” the ban of the server. Even tho you've never had a “account ban”, the “server evasion” is punishable, according to what i've read on the discord website. If V support keep getting banned, maybe ask the owner of the company or the owner of the server to open a ticket. it might be the main issue in this.
Also, it might be the reason for the ban, discord may consider that you are part of the fraud on the V support server, and not only a member of the server but a active member in this (as discord consider V support as fraud).

This doesnt explain why im being prosecuted for something im not really involved in. Im simply a support agent, I have a job there for experience and its on my CV - Why should it be i deserve my account to be terminated over a simple server?

that is discord best keeped secret ig. We never know what we've made to be banned, and discord can sometime just pick a person that is involved in this and justpunish him for all the people involved in the bad actions. Also discord cant see what servers you're in, except the ones which are causing troubles. Maybe someone reported you ?
I dont think i can think of any more reasons for now. Have one of the servers you're in been banned, then recreated and then you joined it ? except V support ?

Also the sanction is maybe simply a mistake, so i would open a ticket in this case

Thanks for the constant replies, I think ive come to a general conclusion about my ban. Ive just spoken to the owner of Vaultcord over telegram and hes told me that the v support server has been terminated over 3 times now for ‘Ban Evasion’? Which is the same reason as my account suspension, I feel like discord thinks im ‘mak’ somehow, thats the owners name. I think they must assume that im him evading the bans? Im not sure0 -

Happy you finally “found” the ban reason
Discord might assume you are the owner and you escaped the server ban multiple times, yes. But you should also ask if other ppl in the server got banned or if it is only you. If it is only you, i dont think you will recover your account or it would mean that “mak” will be banned instead of you.

I think that this is incredibly weird to just keep banning an company without really reaching out. But then again, most of us were also banned over fraudulent reasons

i think we've found the key of the mystery lmao. Now my best advice would be that mak open a ticket in the discord support to discuss about this with discord
