Account hacked by discord support impersonator, ETA on response?
So far I got one staff member (I think, honestly it was probably a bot) asking me twice for the email currently associated with the account, and then it went completely dark 4 days ago. Has anyone else gotten farther than this? Or even miraculously gotten their accounts back after this scam?

Don't create another ticket. There is a queue and you're not at the front of it. Discord is aware of this scam and is preparing to implement measures to prevent it from happening at the scale it's currently happening at

if anyone sees this, i finally got it back because of https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/25047105054999-Discord-Support just say pretty much exactly the same thing and you're golden.

I just got under this same exact situation- been a week and only bots :(
