Why and how did my account get banned?

Hello, I would just like to ask the community for explanations on how discord flagged my account for disabling. This is as I was signing into my account, without realizing my user was spelt wrong, and I kept re-attempting at a rapid pace, until I realized and typed in the right username, however once I got in discord disabled my account. What did discord flag my account for?
