Mic randomly disconnects without warning, re-joining voice chat temporary fixes bug

I've been suffering this anoying bug for some time and I can't seem to find a solution for.

when I bought my JBL wireless headphones(with mic) I noticed the mic would keep repeatedly disconnecting on voice calls which would prompt me to re-join call.

thinking it was the headphones I return them to get a partial refund and realising after that the same thing would happen to my laptops built-in mic.

I've concluded that the fault is on Discords side.
