Awful support (Are bots the only things running right now?)
the support bot on this is complete trash, it answers nothing and gives a long sentence that boils down to “Lol Don't care, Didn't read, Go read this list of rules we claim you broke, but you know haven't broken them, because you followed the guidelines on what to avoid” Can't wait to see Clyde bot again giving me the same old big nothing burger support line before he marks it as solved again.

I didn't get a response at all after 5 days, not even from Clyde or Nelly (which I'm glad if tbh).

i cant even email support, its says its not going to read the emails, the normal supports full of bots that don't do anything but mark as solved and use the same lines every time, i can't even find a customer support number, what the hell even is the point of this?

Only Clyde and Nellie answer me, and then they close my ticket. I'm already tired of waiting 2 weeks for a response from a REAL HUMAN.

how can support for such a large company be so awful, even awful companies at least have someone human able to answer tickets if requested

I can confirm, Every time I make a appeal ticket Clyde comes in saying they've limited my account, even tho it's already suspended from “further breaking their guidelines” replying to it doesn't re-open the ticket which makes it worse

Yea same problem, extract same message no matter what you say in the tickets either, it just copy pastes, says solved and ignores everything
