Age Bans / Age Update

Recently i got my discord account banned for joking around on a server being younger then 13y old wich im not ,  I did all the steps that they asked for , My face , my username , my ID  and i still got no response , wich i dont know if they got it or if its everything alright , i wonder how long this will take to get my account back…

    The exact same thing happened to me! Or it was me explaining that i had the account when I was 11, I'm now 17 so that shouldn't be relevant. Everything happened in a public server, probably some dumb troll reports these messages maliciously. Now I'm waiting for a response, if it's a bot solving it without revoking the  suspension I'll try again and again.
