Ability to send voice notes from desktop please
This feature already exists on mobile, it's long past time to add it to the desktop client as well.
It is simply stupid that if I'm on discord on my desktop and I want to send a voice message to someone, whether in DM or in a server that allows it, I have to grab my phone and open discord there to do so. It's a terrible user experience to have to switch devices to do 1 function like that when you're already in the app on one device.

absolutely big agree - there was a time where you could upload your own voice recordings from your PC and it would appear the same way as a voice note and now it just shows up as a file which no one would care to download
