Role Folders/Dropdown Menus

I've been helping out in a server bigger than any I have before and I've reached the point of organizing roles. However, I've found that it's a lot to deal with when it's just straight up and down.

I'd like to suggest Role Folders, think of it like categories for roles. Not only inside the Roles menu of server settings, but in the profiles of the members (minimized by default). Others have suggested this with some ideas for default ones when creating a server and this would help out exponentially in running the servers that populate your platform. 

Also, if possible, I'd really like to see you add the ability to move multiple roles at once and make it so you start typing with “new role” already selected when you create a new role to remove that unnecessary click :)
