Falsely disabled account

My acciunt was suspended with the listed reason of me being underage, but I'm not. I submitted 3 different photos taken on different days, of my face, my ID, and my username. This was after Discord marked my original ticket as well as my follow-up ticket as solved, despite taking no action to fix anything.

I have tried to send an email, leave a voicemail, and have made multiple tweets, as well as DMed the support account on twitter. So far, nothing other than an automated message saying my email was received. As if that wasn't enough of a slap in the face, the ticket that was created when I sent the email was viewed within 24 hours and then marked as solved, again with no response or action taken to unban my account.

This is ridiculous for such a large company such as Discord. I have no idea what I could have done to incite the ban as I don't speak in public servers. The account is 5 years old and has so many of my memories and messages on it. I feel like crying when I think of the situation. It's already been more than 14 days since my account was suspended. I really feel depressed.

    Same thing here it's been 11 days idk what to do but apparently ur account isn't deleted after 14.days since some people recover it after it

    okay, i JUST got my account back after it being disabled for a few days and it was clyde that responded saying that i was caught in their spam filter, so maybe it's a possibility your account was caught in some filter that isn't working properly! just stay calm and breathe and relax, if you remember your friends usernames you can use an alt account and re-add them there and then just wait a few more days probably.

     BUT it seems like they're open for business now? since i gotten an email back

    yea same i said in a message that some1 else was 12 and my account was disbaled i sent a pic of my id and name and all nine days and still no awnser.plus i spent hundreds of dollars on features on that discord account.it has my family contacts and all on it also.so discord please fix this asap the response time is just horrible

    11 days for me and no response at all account is over 6 years old and now it's gone over something false discord is a dogshit company
