I am sorry for asking for another go, but I would you to explain to me why you guys can't find my email. What policy is stopping you from letting me get the email?
I am just really sad that I can't get my account back (I had a couple things on there) and would like to know if there is more ways to get it back.
May I ask one question?
Can you please tell me if an email was there but didn't exist because it isn't active anymore or is my details completely lost?
